Best BODY SHOP! I’ve had work done to a couple of my car’s with them and they have been the best. Since the moment you call, they take care of everything, super attentive and knowledgeable. Great people to trust with your vehicles, would comeback always to the best shop in Kissimmee! Thank you guys for everything always 🫡

They were professional, efficient, and you can tell they really care about their customers. The repair was done faster than I expected, and the finished result was spotless. Hard to find a place that combines skill/craft with genuine customer service, but this team nails it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Master’s Collision enough! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress free. Roberto, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and you can tell he really takes pride in the shop’s work. He and staff were so knowledgeable of their work I was extremely impressed. Vicktor did an incredible job on my car! it honestly looks better than before the damage. I’d even go as far to say it felt like I drove off with a brand new car. What stood out the most was not only the quality of the repair but also the level of communication and professionalism. They were upfront, honest, and treated me like family. Definitely a five star experience, and I’ll be coming back here for any future work. Customer for life here!

Top of the line detailed body work and paint. Master's collision did the restoration work on my 92 BMW E30 Cabriolet and I could not be happier with the results.

Roberto from Master's Collision Body Shop is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person in the industry from here to Chicago. He is the most meticulous and artistic person I have ever met. The reason I say this is because not only did he hand me a work of art when he was done but in the process he was able to work with the insurance company in ways that I wasn't even aware. I worked for an insurance company for many years and still didn't know about the tricks he had up his sleeve to get the job done RIGHT!!! I would recommend him to my mother and anyone else that needs the job done right. I can't thank him enough for everything he did and everything he will be doing for as long as he's available to do it. I feel like I've made a lifelong friend.
